Currently we have a 2 domain 5 tech license

I need to give Servicedesk access to perform certain tasks over two domains.

I have created new user templates for both domains however I can only tick one or the other as default. This means that when I change domain to create user from the default, the selected template is called System Template and not the customised one I have created. I can select it from the list but am trying to make this as easy to use as possible.
