Custom Technician Reporting
I'd like to run a report based off of technician only. I'd like to see items like (total requests, total changes, total problems, total tasks (this includes change, requests, and problems). I know that there are individual reports for each Change, Problem, and Request - but more technician specific would be great in one area.
And for today's request, can I do this on tasks?
