Custom Switch Interface SNMP Alert Message
I've renamed the interfaces for the switches configured in OpManager 7 (Build 7025), however, whenever I get an SNMP Alert about an interface going up/down, it uses the ifDescr field instead of the Display Name that I've added. I can modify the details of the Alert, but it does not appear to include any field where I can display the Interface Description that I've added. Is there anyway to customize the SNMP Message that is sent in that email? Or is there any other way for me to get that Display Name listed in that SNMP Alert?
