Custom SMS Provider mobile number macro format

When using ADSelfService Plus's custom HTTP-based SMS provider, what format is used for the %mobNo% user mobile number macro? Is this E.164 format or another format?

For example, if I had a phone number "+1 (650) 111-2222", how would ManageEngine format this number? Would it be something like "16501112222"?
