Hi,
We recently upgraded from ServiceDesk+ version 6 to version
8.0.0 Build
8009, running on MSSQL. A scheduled report we used to run now no longer works properly as formatting has changed. Would you be able to supply the SQL for the following, please?
Report
The purpose of this report is to show if we have met one of our KPIs - the time taken between a new request being created, and the request being assigned to a technician.
For all requests created in the previous quarter, we need:
RequestID; Priority; Technician; CreatedTime; AssignedTime; TimeToAssignment (this is AssignedTime minus CreatedTime);
We either need to export this to csv/Excel to do some calculations on it (e.g., assigning a target time based on the priority), or have the report do that automatically for us, so the results should be one entry per line - the old report in version 6 did that, but the same custom report in version 8 puts the RequestID on a separate line for each entry.
If it is possible to do this in the report, great - the KPI targets to have each request assigned are:
Priority 1 - 1 hour
Priority 2 - 2 hours
Priority 3 - 4 hours
Priority 4 - 8 hours
Priority 5 - these are "new requests" and don't have a target time - ideally they should be omitted from the report.
If it's not possible, then no problem, we can do the work in Excel, as long as we can get the columns requested above out to csv or Excel, one per line.
Thanks.
