Custom Request form Help
Hi,
We have created Request Templates, but would like to display different custom fields in the template.
For example:
We have a template called Internet Support; In this we would create additional fields called "IP Address", "DSL Phone Number", "Router Model"
But we do not want to display the above additional fields when we use our Request Template called Workstation Support. Instead we would like to display no additional fields..
Is this possible? I know it can be done with RT.
