Custom Reports Description field not available
Trying to create a Custom Report with the Description field. Even a truncated description field would be nice, to see what the service request was about. But 'Description' is not listed as an Available Column when selecting a column to display in my report.
Is there another way to display a service request 'description' field in a report?
