Custom Reports by IP Address

I have a question about custom reports sorting by IP Address. Herewith a few of my custom reports setting that I have tested :

1. Test 1
Sub Module : Computer
IP Address starts with : 172.16.31.1
OR
IP Address ends with : 172.16.31.254
Selected Columns : IP Address

Run & Save

Result :
IP Address

172.16.31.10
172.16.31.11
172.16.31.12
172.16.31.13
172.16.31.14
172.16.31.18
172.16.31.19

2. Test 2
Sub Module : Computer
IP Address starts with : 172.16.31.1
OR
IP Address ends with : 172.16.31.53
Selected Columns : IP Address

Run & Save

Result :
IP Address

172.16.31.10
172.16.31.11
172.16.31.12
172.16.31.13
172.16.31.14
172.16.31.18
172.16.31.19
172.16.31.53

3. Test 3
Sub Module : Computer
IP Address starts with : 172.16.31.51
OR
IP Address ends with : 172.16.31.53

Run & Save

Result :
IP Address

It is confirmed that IP Addresses from 172.16.31.51 - 53 are exist in Desktop Central.
Would you please tell me the right setting for displaying Custom Report sorting by IP Address, because some IP Address are missing from the Custom Report I've made.
