Custom Reports
Hi there,
I have been asked to generate some Custom Reports based on the Monitor Groups and server's uptime and availability within Business Operating hours ONLY (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST).
I cannot seem to do this with the Reporting functionality you currently have. How would I generate this type of Report and am I able to generate Reports using other tools (i.e. Crystal Reports) and how?
