I have configured custom reports for machine check in periods with the following information:

DOMAIN NAME = (our domain) | AND | Last Contact Time, Before, (a specified date).

When the report runs in Manage Engine, it shows all info as requested. However, if I tried to schedule the report to email every day/week, the Computer Name and the Current User seems to be redacted or not provided. The field just has ***** instead of the machine name. I have attempted this as .csv and .xlsx file types.

Requested info in report as follows, Fields in BOLD are showing asterisks:

Computer Name, Device Model, IP Address, Last Logon User, Currently Logged on Users, Last Successful Asset Scan, Agent Version, Last Patch Scan Time, Last Successful Patch Scan.
