Custom Reporting on Services

I might just be missing something so I thought I'd ask....

I'm trying to generate an availability report on the SMTP service for a given machine but the services aren't listed in the Available Metrics section of the reporter. Could someone point me int he right direction. On a tangent, if I could generate a report for all SMTP services that would be even better.
