We would like to be able to track tickets that have been sitting with a team for an extended amount of time.
Our helpdesk leaves notes on tickets that state to "Call User" when the requester calls back in on a ticket.
We want to be able to run a report that shows:
ID# | Group | # of Notes on that ticket
