Custom Report to Show Me Call Closure Rate
Hi
I am looking to write a custom report that can show me the rate of call closures. Eg. I want to know the precentage of calls that have been closed within 24 hours. My boss has set me a target of getting 90% of calls closed within 24 hours but I cannot see a way of setting up a report to show me the current percentage....
Can someone help please
