I need a report that can be sent to the IT department every Friday which lists the approval status of each change for the next 7 days. An indication of approval status with the number of approvers that responded would be great.

Need Change ID, Change Title, Requester, Technician, Change Type, Scheduled Start Time, Change Approval Status, Approvers Responded (like 2/5, 2 of 5)
