We are using MSSQL and I am looking for an SQL query for generating a report that will provide me with information on 13 months rolling  Last year last month vs. This year last month. The report should have the following details:
1. Total tickets Assigned

2. Total Tickets Closed 

3. Technician 

4. Sub Category 

5. Group 

6. Request Type 

7. Priority
