Please can you help with a custom report to show the following in Service Desk Plus:-

Request ID
Created By
Priority
Opened Date/Time
Resolved Date/Time
Closed Date/Time
Total Time Clock Was Stopped (hh:mm:ss)
Total Time Clock Was Running (hh:mm:ss)

MS SQL is being used on our setup.
