Please could someone help with a custom report.  I need to report on Resolved Time, as well as Closed Time but this isn't shown anywhere.  Could someone provide the query that will show the following information:-

Ticket ID
Requester
Technician
Priority
Category
Sub Category
Group
Status
Created Time
Resolved Time
Completed Time
