New to doing custom reports. I have tried to find a report here which will allow me to see the number of notes my IT techs are putting on their tickets for each month. I am unsure if this can be achieved with this product. My aim here is to firstly find any incidents which do not have any notes but also find incidents with minimal documentation (notes).
