Custom Notification Rules

Hi,

We would like to configure separate Notification Rules for internal users and external customers.

Currently we block email notifications to customers because they contain information about the self service desk and other information we think would confuse external customers. Our internal users have access to the self service portal, where as external customers do not (for lots of service desk limitation reason).

Can you advise how we can configure the different notifications so we can achieve separation.
