Custom naming Format

Hello I try to setup a custom format.

Our naming format is:

Firstname:  John 
Lastname: From Me Doe

Loginname should be: johnfmdo
E-mail adres should be: john.from.me.doe@domain.xxx

Can I setup this on some way, to automate this?
