Custom monitors not updating
Dear OpManager support,
We are having problems while adding custom monitors to a modified device template and setting a custom interval to them. They are not updating values in stringdata??_??_???? table.
If we add the interval editing device's monitor manually it works correctly, but we have more than 500 devices and we want to change their monitor interval, we need to do it in a batch with the Device Template, but this method doesn't work.
Is there any way to do this and get the custom monitors values in "stringdata"-s tables?
