Custom monitor multiple instances in a custom report
Hello,
We have a AKCP probe with its mib and a custom monitor in place. We have 8 instances of the temp for the 8 different probes. We can not query the DB certain times. We need to query the DB for a period of time where we were having problems. When viewing the graphs there is no extra box for changing the date/times to view.
The custom report option in reports reports there is no data available. I'm pretty sure the data is there as OpManager will graph it for me but it won't allow me to query it.
I've tried changing the type for the custom monitor in opmanager_graphInfo.xml from mulitple , multiplenode, interface restarting OpManager each time and I can see no difference in how they are displayed or queried as I can't get the info out of it.
I'm sure the data is in the DB as the statsdatmm_dd_yyyy.MYD is a few MB. If OpManager can't query this data easy is it possible for me to query the MySQL DB directly? I've had a go at doing that but the fields in the table are POLLID, INSTANCE, TTIME, VAL and I can't figure out how to link the value data to the custom monitor and the device.
Any help would be cool.
