Custom Mointor Error
every time i click on Add Custom Monitor, i get a web page that just displays message 'Error'.
I have noticed many previous posts that relate to this exact same problem and opmanager support has suggested that this is a bug and hence the file 'opmanager_graphInfo.xml' needs to be sent and edited by support.
Am i required to do the same thing?
