Hi, I'm trying to create custom Matrix report based on Technician Department vs Request Status. The problem I have is, the department always show "Not Assigned", after checking around.. I believe this is because the Department from the drop list in the Custom Matrix report are the Requester Department and not the Technician department.

Is there way to show Technician Department vs Request Status?
