Custom html on request forms
My technician users are asking if there's a way to show discretionary text on the request templates, either static text or text that dynamically displays based on a field selection. For example, if a request selects priority High and category Safety, we may want to show some language advising them that if it's an emergency they should call 911. I gather this functionality is not yet available in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, so I'm curious how others are handling it. Thoughts?
