Custom Function that adds zz_Term to users display name if their job title is DISALBED
We would like to group all disabled accounts to
the bottom of the user list when creating requests. This allows all of our
technicians to ignore user accounts that are no longer employed at the org. The
custom function would be used with a custom schedule that runs each night. For
example, if John Smith leaves the org and the AD account goes into a disabled
state, the job title is moved to DISALBED. This function will then see the
change and prepend *Term* to the display name of "Smith, John" and make this "zz_Term Smith,
John". We are using ServiceDesk on prem 14.9 Build 14980.
