I've got this message when entering a cf that we used to change status on reply.
I can send this custom funtion, because right now when I try to reply on ticket it tells me that:

Workflow : Notification Custom Triggers. Rule Group : Main, Rule : Update Status

Result : Failed
Message : Error at line : 16, Value is empty and 'get' function cannot be applied
