Custom Fields for Requesters

Good Morning All!!!

I have an onsite copy of the latest and greatest version of servicedesk plus.  I need to add 3 custom fields for a requester.  They are date/time fields for availability to work with IT.  I added the custom fields and I have them on the "Technician" template, but when I try to add to the "Requester" template, they are not there.  None of my custom fields are there.  How would I do this so a requester can give the technicians an idea when we can work with them?
