How could I get the custom fields that I added in a service catalog template to a report? in order to get the report with those fields too.

I'm no refering to the common fields which are OK, but not the ones you add for each category of the service catalog

request ID / subject /client / Category / Custom Field 1 / custom Field 2/ ...
