Custom Dynamic Groups in Assets
We recently upgraded to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus and I thought there was a way to create a custom dynamic group based on the Asset Name. i.e. LTTR, LTAC to auto assign to a group. This would create savings in time then manually assigning workstations to the groups.
Other options to get around this?
