Custom Due by Report
I need to create a scheduled report with the following
The report should show
All overdue requests
Or
All requests with no due by date and the current date and time is greater than the created date plus 48 hours
I would like to have the following fields shown in the report
Request ID, Priority, Subject, Technician, Request Status, Dueby Time
It should be grouped by Site.
Any help please?
