Custom Application monitors
Is there anyway to add custom application monitors to OpManager, I need to monitor processes on Solaris 5.8. I read through the forums and found a post where it directed the user to a link on how to setup Linux process monitoring but i need to monitor solaris processes and daemons.
How do I do this and have it show using snmp since most if not all of the OID monitors are a graph using a number or percent? I need to check if something in solaris is up or down and if down to send a critical alert.
