I'm working on a custom monitor for an APC Envrionmental Monitoring unit.
The Graph is defined thusly:

Possible reasons
1. Check if SNMP is enabled on this device.
2. The SNMP request might have timed out
3. The OID may not have been implemented in the MIB.
4. The device might be down
A query using a SNMP query tool of the OID returns with no problem and the device is properly identified as an SNMP device.
