Currently testing the software and have a few questions

Currently testing and looking at making a purchase for 10 agents, your product is very NICE !

I hav e a few questions however.

1, When is version 6 being released should I wait and go live on this verson? Would it be an easy upgrade if I went live on 5.5 and then upgraded.

2, I have configured the fetch email via pop 3 and this working fine, I have created a spam rule only to accecpt mail with ## in the subject line. This means we will not accecpt new cases via email, the requestors must raise it via the portal. When spam email arrive it does not creat a ticket which is great but it does create a NEW contact, how do I stop this ?

3, If I wish to install on XP Pro, with the software running on port 80, is it simply as case of entering 80 as the port number during the setup if so, why does it work fine on port 8080 if I enter that and if I enter 80 during the setup. If I go start and open web interface it connects to http://localhost:1 even if I try http://localhost it does not open. ???

4,Is there any limit on accounts and contacts.?

5, Can you please tell me is there any where you can see the mail the program has stopped based on the ## rule not being met ?

6, What does the Backup Contain, ? Would I beable to say run on one machine completly setup and install on another and run the restore and all settings, cases, rules, accounts and contact be restored.

7, Does the backup include all attachments?

8, Using the attach feature is there any restriction on the type of files users can attach to a Ticket. ?? I understand the size limits I am meaning .exe .vbs etc etc

9, is there anyway to spell check a response?
