CSV import with line feeds
We are trying to import a csv file with cells containing line feeds. We have enclosed each cell with quotation, but it seems that ServiceDesk Plus interprets the line feeds as a new item to be imported. Do we have to remove all line feeds before import, or is there a way to import line feeds? Example csv file:
