csv file for bulk import of monitors

Recently I updated Appmanager and I found a difference.
Is a curiosity. In version 8100 you can download a sample .csv file for bulk import of monitors. But in the new version you can't.
The information is given in a tab in html format. Why? Is a bug? where i can download the csv sample.
