Csutom monitors
I am trying to monitor statistics for from CISCO CE560 ( caching engines ) and Nortel Load balancing switches. I tried adding the MIB but encountered an error.
Does the MIB need to be in a specific format or can the mib downloaded from the CISCO site work without any modification. The mib is CISCO-CONTENT-ENGINE.MIB.
With custom monitors I am able to monitor counters like totalhttprequests. However this is an ever increasing value and is not a five minute average. Can custom monitors subtract the current value from the last value retrieved, like MRTG does quite sucessfully?
