Crystal Reports Help
I'm trying to setup a report in Crystal (version 11) to show all closed calls for the last week. The report needs to display who the call was assigned to, the requestor, the notes and the resolution.
Do any of you Crystal guru's have something similar you wouldn't mind sharing with me? I'm struggling with this and it's been several years since I've used Crystal so the knowledge is coming back slowly and I learn much better by seeing examples.
I'd really appreciate any help any of you can provide. Thanks.
