Critical Issue with PXE Media Functionality After Latest Update: Seeking Assistance and Solutions

Not receiving a response from support, I'm posting a message here.
Since the last update (11.3.2400.6), our PXE media is no longer working.
We have two endpointCentral servers, and the issue is present on both.
We restored our machine to revert to the old version, and the PXE media is functioning again.
Have you encountered the same issue? What can I do?
