Critical : Error while invoking backup
Hi,
I'm running version 8101 of service desk and for the last three days our backups have failed with errors similar to this one:

Please contact your DBA to update the following sql query update Task_Input SET OPERATIONAL_STATUS = 4 where SCHEDULE_ID = (select SCHEDULE_ID from schedule where SCHEDULE_NAME = 'BackupSchedule') This sql query will stop your backup scheduling

I'm running Server 2008 with a seperate 2008 SQL server.
Any help would be great as I've not had a response from the Manage Engine support team.
