Critical error when running an Advanced Search

Critical error when running an Advanced Search

Hi,

Last week, we migrated our database. The new database server was set up with the same name and IP as the old one, and all the databases, tables and data was all correctly migrated.

Doing other searches and running reports still run fine.

When any technician tries to make an Advanced Search, they now get this error.
