Credential Test Failed
When testing the "Credential Test", SNMP and CLI test failed.
We checked the same test at AdventNet OpManager demo program.

The results were the same.
SNMP and CLI credential test failed.
Please see the attached screen which is from AdventNet OpManager demo site.
The device is SNMP enabled, and the performance data of CPU, Memory are displayed on the gauges, as you see.
We tested all the credential test of the demo site, the same results came out.
There are two evaluation servers we have.
One OpManager server has been upgrade from Build 7010 to Build 7024.
The OpManager server passed the test of SNMP credential, but not test of CLI.
To test more, we downloaded another OpManager, Build 7024.
We tested the Credential test on the same network segment and a different server.
The test results: SNMP fails, CLI fails.
No performance was gathered for SNMP or CLI.
Please let us know how to fix them.
