Creatinga ticket from an SBS2003 report

Every day we get a number of SBS2003 reports coming in to us.

Normally we read them and if there are any errors that need attention we create a job in SD+.

It tried to email the report directly to SD+ but towards the lower part of the report (where the Critical alerts start) I got:

Any thoughts please?

What we want to do is aim the emailed reports directly at SD and then create a spin off job from any that need attention.
