I have created a template for creation of users with mailboxes.  The template is locked so our techs only has to enter First Name & Last Name.  The other required fields are generated aumatically and the fields are locked so they cannot be changed.  I copied that template for creation of users with External Mail addresses.  But for the life of me, I can't get the External email field to become unprotected so they can put in the external email address.  I have tried various combos of fields and nothing seems to work.  Anyone have any pointers or suggestions.
