Creating technician,have to create another login
hi,
i have enable active directory . so all users can connect using the domain controller. For my case, i have user XYZ which log on using domain controller. if i want teh XYZ to be tyechnicial and give the user access as as SDSiteadmin, should i create another login for that user.
can't he use the same login . why
