We are using SDPCloud and have the Professional subscription.
Currently if a user logs onto the requester portal, the field 'requester' shows themselves but it is greyed out/disabled.
We have situations where someone can't get onto their computer to log a ticket so someone else would need to be able to log it on their behalf.
How can I setup the requester portal so that a user can change the requester field to another person - so that the ticket is logged in the other persons name?
