Hi all,

I've been asked to look into creating new severities and assigning them new colours. I've edited the SeverityInfo.conf file with the new levels and made sure to follow the guides but cant see anywhere that opmanager reads them.

 

Long story short what im looking for it to get more granularity for attention and trouble warnings EG have coldstarts or service failures come up with something other than the yellow "Attention".

 

Any thoughts?
