Hello,
I am attempting to set up trap processors for our Liebert UPS. We are trying to log when our UPS go into test state as well as a few other states. The MIBs are loaded and working fine to pull data, such as UPS load, from the devices. I have attempted to create custom trap processors in addition to trap processors from MIBs. OpManager never reports receiving any traps from the UPS. Currently, the UPS is configured to send traps to 2 locations; OpManager and my desktop. (I have a stand-alone trap reciever on my desktop for testing) The only time that I've been able to receive traps from the UPS is when I re-initialize the network card in the UPS, which essentially reboots the card. This generates a cold start trap as well as a sys uptime trap.
I know that the UPS is sending the traps, for several reasons. The UPS event log indicates sent traps, re-initialization generates 2 traps (noted above), and I've also stopped OpManager and used the stand-alone MIB browser/trap receiver to listen for these traps. The server and my desktop both recieve traps that correspond with the UPS event logs. Oddly enough, OpManager's stand-alone trap receiver reports receiving different SNMP trap information than my desktop. Becuase of this, I've created my trap processors to correspond with what OpManager receives.
I forced a battery test on the UPS which generates a handful of traps sent. The UPS event log, created 8 logged events during the battery test. Here is what OpManager's stand-alone app received as a result of the battery test.

I have created several trap processors using the object IDs found in this received trap information. Apparently, I am doing something wrong, but I don't know what. Any pointers?
