Hi,

I'm trying to get this installed to run a trial, I've pointed it to an MSSQL server, it went through some steps about creating the database, now it's sat at "Creating Constraints" and has been for at least an hour, is it normal for this initial setup stage to take a long time or has something gone wrong?
