I have a question regarding workflows in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. I'm wondering if it's possible to create an action button directly from a workflow that can then be used within a request. This functionality would be similar to the action buttons available in life cycles.
Specifically, I'm looking to add a button within a request form that would trigger a predefined action or process, initiated from the workflow. Is this feature available, or is there a workaround to achieve this?
Any guidance or insights you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
